Team Building - Corporate Team Building
All Aboard: A Team Building Activity Everyone Will Enjoy
Take your corporate team building event to the sea on The Pintita, where the focus is on fun, as well as fulfilling your team building goals for the day.
We run a tight, noncompetitive ship to foster a positive, motivating team building environment. Our classic 43-foot Endeavor sailboat is a seaworthy vessel that’s safe and steady on open waters and fit for groups of 20 or less.
Everyone is on equal ground at sea on the Pintita. No one will be stranded ashore or left adrift. Each team member learns sailing and seamanship basics as we sail out of the harbor. Then the group must sail the vessel back into port, putting what they learned to the test. They must trim the sail, steer, navigate, and act as lookouts to successfully operate the sailboat and dock it.
We make sure everyone has a fun day on the water while we’re at it. You’ll see some of the many historic attractions lining the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. You’ll also have the option of docking for a laid back lunch or dinner.

Annapolis
You’ll board the 'PINTITA' for your team building adventure at Annapolis City Marina, which is just across the river from the historic district and steps away from some of Annapolis’s finest dining establishments.
If Chesapeake Bay waters are rough, The 'PINTITA' takes a detour up the scenic Severn River, where you’ll glimpse many historic Annapolis sights, including The Maryland State House, The Charles Carroll House, and, of course, the US Naval Academy.
You can round out your day with a walk around City Dock or a visit to the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Then go for dinner at a local favorite. Carrol’s Creek, The Boatyard Bar & Grill, Lewnes Steakhouse, are all a few short steps away.
Baltimore
Your Baltimore team building adventure begins at the Baltimore Museum of Industry, where you’ll board the Pintita for your three-hour voyage. Parking is free, and you’re within minutes of the Baltimore’s Inner Harbor by water taxi or car.
You can continue your day with a visit to the National Aquarium, The Maryland Science Center, The American Visionary Art Museum, or one of the many other Inner Harbor attractions. Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Site, is just a short walk away, too.
You can also board the Pintita from other points of interest on the harbor, including The Rusty Scupper and historic Fell’s Point. So you can recap your day’s adventure with a relaxing dinner before heading home.
